A 2-DAY WORKSHOP ON SCIENTIFIC WRITING

"Scientific Writing = Thinking in Words"

Scientific writing is a technical form of writing that is designed to communicate scientific information to other scientists, and knowledge seekers. Depending on the specific scientific genre—a journal article, a scientific poster, or a research proposal, for example—some aspects of the writing may change, such as its purpose, audience, or organization. It is an essential skill for anyone who wishes to pursue a career in any scientific field. The skills learned in a scientific writing course could prepare students to participate in professional scientific conversations using an accepted format and style.

Scientific writing can include:

  1. Peer-reviewed journal articles (presenting primary research)

  2. Grant proposals (you can't do science without funding)

  3. Literature review articles (summarizing and synthesizing research that has already been carried out).

We welcome all the learners and enthusiasts on board who wants to enrich themselves with the skill to write a scientific article. Let's gain the knowledge required to write a perfect scientific article or research paper that's essential for your research.
