Dr. Pankaj Korpade sir is currently holding the position of Assistant Professor of Environmental Science at MIT World Peace University, Pune, Maharashtra, India. He possesses over 6 years of academic quality teaching expertise in postgraduate and Undergraduate courses.

He completed his doctorate from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Udupi, Karnataka in the year 2019 and the topic of his research was ‘Molecular Phylogeny and Comparative Biogeography of Owlets of India.’

Also, he is the founder of Chatur Ullu Lab. As the name suggests, this lab is specially  dedicated for research works on dragonflies and owls.

Sir, has been actively involved in several research projects. He has worked with IISER, Tirupati, Salim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History as well.

Recognized for his contributions to the field, S Balasubramaniyam has co-authored patents and authored publications on innovative approaches in integrating geospatial technology with Extended Reality (XR). He has secured top honours in conferences, winning first place in the Geospatial Technology domain, and has been awarded for his excellence in innovation. With a commitment to personal and professional development, coupled with a passion for community service, he is poised to provide invaluable insights and guidance to participants in the workshop.
