Mr. Devarsh Bhoir is an experienced aquaculture consultant and ornamental fish expert,

specializing in ornamental fish breeding, aquarium design, and aquaculture management. He

is the Founder of Aquamarines Biotope Studio, Mumbai (Maharashtra).

With extensive hands-on experience, Mr. Bhoir has successfully worked on multiple

training and skill development programs in ornamental fisheries, powered by OFTRI, NFDB,

and the Government of India’s Skill Development and Entrepreneurship initiatives. His

expertise covers areas such as aquarium setup and fabrication, aquascaping, fish disease and

health management, and the breeding of indigenous ornamental fish species like Golden

Mahseer, Channa, and Denisonii Barb.

He is a globally recognized biotope aquarium designer, he has achieved international

achievements with several top global rankings in the Biotope Aquarium Design Contest (BAC),

securing World Rank 3 in 2021 across Southern, Central, and Western Asia. His innovative

aquarium installations and habitat recreations have been featured at the Blue Planet Expo 2020,

inspiring hobbyists, students, and aquaculture professionals alike.

Mr. Bhoir’s rich experience in ornamental fish breeding, aquarium design, and
