Are you an avid bird lover? Have you heard about the emerging field of ‘Bird Acoustics’? Here’s an opportunity to take your understanding of birds to the next level. Learn the science of bird calls and the different aspects involved with bird acoustics through this webinar and gain a new experience.

Bioacoustics is a cross-discipline science that combines biology and sound. It deals with the study of the production, transmission, and reception of an animal sound. This has been used to monitor animals such as whales, bats, frogs, and birds. It has been found effective since it allows for tracking animal life through sound.

The most effective acoustics studies are that of birds, this is because the bird songs are clear and consistent, and records can be made to create powerful scientific data, which aids in the efficient practice of bird conservation. It is crucial to understand why birds sing, extensively in a time where the species endangerment is an increasing matter of concern, especially in the face of climate change, where birds are being affected.

Hence, alternative ways of understanding species can aid a long way towards ensuring their survival through the climate changes currently impacting the world. So get on board and join us where we discuss and deep dive into the world of bird acoustics.
